Khaberni - Today, Wednesday, the House of Representatives discusses the seventy-third annual report for 2024, received by the president of the council, Mazen Al-Qadi, yesterday, Tuesday, from the bureau's president Dr. Radi Hamadin.
The council is likely to vote on referring the report to the specialized financial committee, as is customary.
The Audit Bureau announced in a press conference yesterday that the report achieved a financial saving of 22.3 million dinars in 2024, through the execution of 123,369 audit tasks, totaling 444,766 working hours, carried out by 294 audit staff.
The audit effort was distributed as 49% post-audit, 24% follow-up, 15% participation in committees, while pre-audit constituted 9% and surprise inspections 3%.
