The Libyan Presidential Council and Prime Minister of the National Unity Government Abdel Hamid Dbeibah, alongside Libyan Army Commander Khalifa Haftar, mourned Chief of Staff Mohammed Al-Haddad after the plane he was onboard crashed along with several military officials from Ankara toward Tripoli.
