The Women's Microfinance Fund Company, and the Jeeny App, a leading platform in smart transport services, along with the Busatmi & Saheb Group, have signed a tripartite partnership agreement aimed at creating new income opportunities for young men and women in the smart app transport sector in Jordan.
A joint statement considered that the agreement represents a unique model of cooperation between the private sector to provide flexible job opportunities that meet market needs, which would leave a sustainable impact economically and socially.
The CEO of the Women's Microfinance Fund Company, Maha Al-Saeed, said: "We are pleased to sign this tripartite agreement, which represents a practical step towards opening new job fields for young men and women, and enhancing their active participation in the Jordanian economy."
She pointed out that this distinctive collaboration through the agreement aims to encourage young men and women to enter the transport sector through apps, presenting it as a promising career opportunity, alongside its role in supporting financial inclusivity and economic empowerment by providing them with financing from the Women's Fund Company to purchase cars from Bustami and Saheb and work on them via the Jeeny app.
Saeed continued, saying: "We believe at the Women's Microfinance Fund Company, that joint work between the microfinance sector and the private sector is the path towards a sustainable impact that reaches all provinces of the kingdom and improves the living standards of families."
She explained that the agreement translates the vision of the Women's Fund Company, represented in economically and socially empowering women and youth across various provinces of the kingdom through its branches, affirming that since its establishment about 29 years ago, the company has provided more than 1.6 million empowering opportunities in many fields such as: supporting small and medium enterprises, education, green energy, and much more.
Meanwhile, the CEO of the Jeeny application, Hammad Ehtesham, said:
"We view this agreement as a partnership with a long-term impact, aimed at economically empowering young men and women, connecting them with flexible job opportunities that align with the developments in the job market, and contribute to improving income levels and enhancing financial stability."
For his part, the CEO of the Bustami and Saheb Group, Akrumah Muhasinah expressed his pleasure at completing this agreement, saying: "This agreement represents for us in Bustami and Saheb Group an essential extension of our vision in elevating our customers' experience and enhancing our impact in our community and executing our national duty. Through this collaboration, we provide beneficiaries with a realistic opportunity to own a modern car suited for work on Jeeny's platform, which opens the door to sustainable income and a more stable future. Moreover, today we take pride in Bustami and Saheb Group covering the interest on loans within this program, alleviating the financial burdens on beneficiaries, and ensuring the project starts in the best possible manner as part of our community duty and responsibility."

It is worth mentioning that the Women's Microfinance Fund, which began its operations in 1996, is a private non-profit company, registered with the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, operates under the control and supervision of the Central Bank of Jordan, and is part of the Jordanian microfinance institutions network "Tanmeyah".
