Khaberni – The General Assembly of the Arab Insurance Company – Jordan approved the merger with Al-Quds Insurance Company, with Al-Quds Insurance Company being the resulting company from the merger.
The approval of the Arab Insurance Company - Jordan came concurrently with the approval of the General Assembly of Al-Quds Insurance Company for the merger.
Recently, there have been active understandings to carry out mergers between insurance companies, aiming to strengthen financial solvency and services, with support from the Central Bank, which seeks to build strong companies, through government incentives in the form of tax exemptions to encourage mergers, to develop the market.
