Khaberni - Prime Minister Jafar Hassan visited the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates on Tuesday, where he met with Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates, Ayman Safadi.
During the meeting, in which Safadi presented a briefing on the regional situation and developments in the area, the Prime Minister confirmed the importance of the development programs launched by the ministry to improve consular services for Jordanian expatriates and to activate the economic role of Jordanian diplomatic missions.
Hassan emphasized the importance of continuing coordination between the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the economic ministries to increase the effectiveness of the economic role of diplomatic missions, especially in efforts to promote investment, tourism, and exports.
The Prime Minister also affirmed his support for efforts to automate and develop consular services in order to effectively provide these services to Jordanian expatriates.
