Khaberni - The (IEEE) branch at Arab Amman University participated in the launch event of the (IEEE) branch at Jerash University, thereby enhancing academic and student cooperation among Jordanian universities, and supporting engineering and technical initiatives that contribute to developing students' skills and enriching their scientific experiences."
Dr. Layal Al-Zoubi, Assistant Dean for Student Affairs and supervisor of the (IEEE-AAU) branch, confirmed that the participation of Arab Amman University's branch reflects the university's commitment to supporting student initiatives and enhancing its presence in academic forums. She noted that this participation helps build bridges of cooperation between Jordanian universities and enhances the role of (IEEE) as a leading platform for empowering students and honing their leadership and technical skills. She also mentioned that students of the (IEEE-AAU) branch set up an informational booth about the activities and projects they are implementing, which reflects the extent of achievements and efforts made, as this corner saw wide interest from students, making it one of the most attractive during the event, providing a unique opportunity for networking and exchanging ideas with attendees.
This participation reaffirms the role of the IEEE student branches in empowering students, developing their scientific and practical skills, in addition to promoting teamwork and exchanging experiences among different student branches, in line with IEEE's mission to spread technical knowledge and build future leaders. It also confirms that the IEEE branch at Arab Amman University continues its efforts in highlighting its students' achievements, presenting a commendable image of the university, and enhancing its presence in both the academic and engineering communities.
