Khaberni - Under the patronage of Professor Dr. Mohammad Al-Wudyan, president of Amman Arab University and stemming from the university's community responsibility and its commitment to instilling the traffic safety culture and enhancing awareness of the risks of accidents, the Dean of Student Affairs organized, in cooperation with the Directorate of Public Security/ Community Police, a theatrical performance titled: "Enough Road Bleeding" presented by the theatrical team of the Community Police Public Relations Department, attended by Dr. Mohammad bin Tarif, Dean of Student Affairs representing the university president, Major Mohammad Bek Al-Quraan, head of the Community Police Department in Balqa Governorate, and several members of the teaching and administrative staff and university students.
In this regard, Dr. bin Tarif pointed out that the play aimed to enhance traffic awareness among various segments of society, to reduce serious traffic accidents and their resulting injuries and deaths, through a theatrical performance that reflected a tangible reality in the community and addressed the most prominent wrongful traffic behaviors such as overtaking, speeding, using mobile phones while driving, and crossing the road without adhering to safety rules, presenting the play in a tragic framework that focused on delivering a clear educational message urging adherence to traffic rules and taking the utmost caution and care both while driving vehicles and crossing roads..
This event comes as part of Amman Arab University's efforts to enhance the community responsibility among students and the local community, support awareness initiatives, and solidify the university's role as an active partner with national institutions in spreading security culture and traffic safety, and at the end of the event, Dr. bin Tarif honored the Community Police of Balqa Governorate and the theatrical team in appreciation of their efforts and ongoing cooperation with the university.
