Al-Faisaly team qualified to the semi-final round of the Jordan Cup football championship, after defeating Shabab Al-Ordon team 5-4 on penalties following a goalless draw at full-time in the match held at King Abdullah II Stadium in Quweismeh, within the quarter-final competitions.
Ahmed Al-Ersan, professional player Lynn Erwin, Fadel Heikal, Bashar Dhiabat, and Amin Shanninah scored for Al-Faisaly.
Mohammad Abu Taha, Anas Bani Oudeh, Amer Ahmed, and Yazid Mahfouz scored for Shabab Al-Ordon.
Al-Ramtha team also qualified to the semi-final after defeating Al-Ahli.
