Khaberni - A general from the General Staff of the Russian Army was killed in a car explosion in south Moscow on Monday morning, as announced by the investigation committee, indicating that it is investigating the possibility of Ukraine's involvement in the incident.
The committee stated in a release that it has opened a murder investigation into the death of Faniel Sarvarov, head of the Operational Training Department at the General Staff.
It mentioned that one of the hypotheses being considered is the involvement of "Ukrainian intelligence" in the incident.
