Israel Prepares Intelligence File to Convince Trump to Launch New Attack on Iran

Khaberni - The issue of Iran is gaining increased importance in the anticipated meeting between Netanyahu and Trump next week in Florida. Israel is preparing a comprehensive intelligence file on Iran, including its attempts to revive its nuclear program, rebuild its ballistic missile arsenal, the global activities of the Revolutionary Guard, in addition to the increased funding for Hamas, Hezbollah, the Houthis, and other organizations according to Israel Hayom.

The file, which will be presented to Trump and his team, aims to achieve Israeli-American coordination to address the root of the Iranian issue. Israel believes that the American President recognizes that Iran is the spearhead of the escalation network in the Middle East, the aggressive agent that fuels instability in the region, and which also hinders progress towards a comprehensive regional agreement, known as the "big deal" proposed by Trump. However, Trump is not rushing into decisive actions against the regime, and the meeting with Netanyahu aims to establish a solid foundation in dealing with Iran according to the Israeli newspaper.

The newspaper stated that Netanyahu's team will miss Ron Dermer, the former minister who was his right-hand man in all matters related to communications with the administration. This absence will have a significant impact on this visit. He will be replaced by the Israeli Ambassador to Washington, Yehiel Leiter. Leiter is respected in the White House, but his relationships are still less than those of his predecessor, and according to available information, the deputy chief of staff of the Israeli military Yosef Drezner, the military secretary Roman Govman, and a number of security officials will also join the delegation.

The newspaper confirmed that the challenge lies in taking a decisive step against the regime, a step that could lead to a military escalation expected to see a crucial role for Israeli air superiority and technological advances, but at the expense of paralysis in Israel and the economy for additional days of fighting. On the other hand, there is a desire to ultimately overthrow the Islamic regime in Tehran, which is considered the main reason for the wars against Israel and the entire region according to the newspaper.

Furthermore, Israel Hayom added that overthrowing this regime would greatly facilitate the disarmament of Hezbollah and its stance in Lebanon, and would strip Hamas and Islamic Jihad of economic support, and it is likely that it would also lead to the collapse of the Houthi regime in Yemen.

The newspaper also mentioned that the economic situation in Iran is deteriorating day by day: the local currency is recording its lowest levels ever; poverty is increasing; many educated individuals are migrating from the country; electricity supply is limited to a few hours daily; and fuel rationing is occurring at gas stations. Additionally, the water crisis is worsening as reservoirs are closing,

and it stated that the United States and Western countries can impose sanctions on Iran that are tougher than the current ones, including a total halt to oil exports and a comprehensive ban on dual-use products that contribute to missile systems and weapons manufacturing, among others. This economic pressure should primarily lead to concessions from the Iranian regime, whether in the nuclear program or in the field of ballistic missiles.

The Israeli newspaper claimed that effectively overthrowing the regime requires offering support to elements opposing it within Iran, aiming to create internal pressure and destabilize it. These moves, at the very least, would shift the regime's focus inward and, at an advanced stage - with external help - could lead to its actual overthrow
