(49) new lawyers took the legal oath in front of the Minister of Justice Dr. Bassam Talhouni, today, Sunday, in the presence of the Secretary of the Jordanian Bar Association Council, lawyer Anas Shatnawi, and a member of the Bar Association Council, lawyer Barham Al-Baqour.
Dr. Talhouni welcomed the new lawyers, appreciating the role of the legal profession in revealing the truth to achieve justice, and wishing them success in carrying this noble message.
It should be noted that Article (23) of the Bar Association Law requires a lawyer, registering his name for the first time in the register of master lawyers, to take the legal oath in front of the Minister of Justice in the presence of the dean or two members of the association’s council.
