Artist Dalia Mostafa topped the Google search indexes after statements attributed to her regarding the possibility of returning to her former husband, actor Sherif Salama, were circulated, which opened the door for speculation and sparked a wide discussion among followers, especially in light of her response, which came without definite confirmation or denial.
Dalia Mostafa revealed the truth about the rumors of her returning to actor Sherif Salama during a media interview, amid the recent controversies. She said: “God knows, fate, and what God sees is always what’s best, and I am convinced of this, because God sees things you can’t see or know about.”
She added: “Boussi and Nour El Sherif created a complex for an entire generation because they represented to us an endless love story.”
On the other hand, the artist Dalia Mostafa sent a message of support to actor Ahmed El Sakka, following the criticisms he faced on social media due to his supportive stance towards the Egyptian star Mohamed Salah.
Dalia Mostafa said in a video clip she posted on her official Instagram account: “What did Ahmed do? Ahmed is Egyptian, he defended Mohamed Salah the Egyptian against a very silly situation happening with Mohamed Salah. Why are we as Egyptians attacking Ahmed?”
She added that the attack on Ahmed El Sakka is unjustified, affirming that his positions are well known inside and outside the artistic community, and that he always supports his colleagues.
She continued: "Ahmed is a strong man and stands beside many people strongly, and he has many honorable stances."
She concluded her talk saying: "Why should we let a figure like this be subjected to ridicule and mockery? From a new generation that might not know El Sakka well, why do we do this to each other? It's really a shame."
