Khaberni - Traffic management elements, in the capital Amman last Saturday, captured a juvenile driving a vehicle illegally, who is 15 years old.
Captain Mohammed Aldroubi from the traffic management operations room stated that this is certainly a serious violation that endangers his life and the lives of others.
He explained that unlicensed drivers are not qualified to operate vehicles, do not understand traffic rules, and are more likely to cause accidents than those who have licenses.
