US Justice We Will Disclose Documents of the Investigation into the Assassination Attempt on Trump

Khaberni - The US Department of Justice stated that it has obtained judicial approval which allows it to disclose to Congress documents collected in the framework of the FBI investigation into the assassination attempt of President Donald Trump last year in Pennsylvania when he was a presidential candidate.

The department affirmed in a statement its commitment to transparency, the enforcement of law, and the protection of victims.

A young man named Thomas Crooks (20 years old) attempted on July 13th last year to assassinate Trump during an electoral rally in Pennsylvania, resulting in the death of one of the participants in the rally and serious injuries to two others, before Crooks was killed by security forces.

In September 2024, Trump was subjected to a second assassination attempt when an armed man named Ryan Roth (59 years old) tried to shoot him at a golf course in Florida.

Roth faces 5 charges, including the attempted assassination of a major presidential candidate, in addition to possessing a handgun near a golf course owned by Trump in Florida in September last year with the intent of shooting him during the presidential campaign.
