The Palestinian Ministry of Health in the Gaza Strip announced on Saturday that the toll of martyrs in the Gaza Strip has risen to 70,925, the majority of whom are children and women, since the start of the Israeli occupation aggression on October 7, 2023.
The ministry clarified that the number of injuries has risen to 171,185 since the beginning of the aggression, while some victims are still under the rubble and ambulance and rescue teams cannot reach them.
It noted that in the past 24 hours, 13 martyrs have arrived at hospitals in the Gaza Strip, including 6 new martyrs, 7 martyrs whose bodies were retrieved, and 20 injuries.
Since the ceasefire agreement on October 11, the total number of martyrs and injuries has reached 401 martyrs and 1,108 injured, with 641 bodies retrieved.
