There are only a few days left until the start of the 2025 African Nations Cup, which is scheduled to be held in Morocco.
The 2025 African Nations Cup will take place from December 21 this year to January 18 next year.
The "Morocco 2025" edition will feature 24 teams, including 6 Arab teams, namely Morocco, Egypt, Algeria, Tunisia, Sudan, and Comoros.

Who are the champions of the African Nations Cup?
The history of the African Nations Cup has seen 15 different teams crowned as champions, with the Egyptian national team being the most successful with 7 titles.
Following "the Pharaohs," the Cameroon national team comes next having won the championship 5 times, then the Ghana national team which has won the title 4 times.
The national teams of Nigeria and Ivory Coast have each won the cup 3 times, while both Algeria and the Democratic Republic of the Congo (formerly Zaire) have won the title twice.
The teams that have reached the podium only once are Zambia, Sudan, Tunisia, Senegal, South Africa, Ethiopia, Morocco, and Congo.
On the other hand, 5 teams have reached the final without winning the title, including Mali, Burkina Faso, Guinea, Libya, and Uganda.
