The Meteorological Department said that the analysis of numerical models indicates that the weather in the Kingdom will be relatively cold for the next four days, starting on Saturday.
The Meteorology clarified that temperatures will see a slight rise on Saturday and Monday, with the weather remaining relatively cold in most areas, and mild in the Jordan Valley, Dead Sea, and Aqaba areas.
It is also expected that some clouds will appear at different altitudes, while the winds will be moderate southeastern.
The Meteorology confirmed that the weather will remain similar on Sunday, with the continuation of relatively cold weather in most areas, with no notable changes in temperatures, and high altitude clouds appearing.
The winds will also be moderate southeastern and sometimes intensify, while the weather at night will generally be cold.
On Tuesday, a slight drop in temperatures will occur, with the weather remaining relatively cold in most areas, and mild in the Jordan Valley, Dead Sea, and Aqaba. The winds will turn to moderate northwesterly, with cold weather at night.
Regarding the expected temperatures, they will range between 15-17 degrees Celsius in Amman during the day, while the minimum at night will be between 8-9 degrees Celsius. In the Jordan Valley, Dead Sea, and Aqaba areas, the maximum temperatures will be between 22-24 degrees Celsius, with a nighttime minimum between 11-12 degrees Celsius.
The Meteorological Department warned of the possibility of reduced horizontal visibility due to the formation of fog in the early morning hours, especially above mountainous highlands.
It also warned of the risk of frost formation in the late night hours above high mountainous highlands and parts of the desert areas, urging citizens to exercise caution and follow general safety guidelines.
