The Southern Military Region, today Friday, foiled a drug smuggling attempt by a drone (drone) on its western front, within its area of responsibility, in coordination with the military security agencies and the Drug Enforcement Administration. Engagement rules were applied after it was detected by border guard forces and shot down within Jordanian territory, and the confiscated items were turned over to the competent authorities.
