The Meteorological Department confirmed on Friday evening that the horizontal visibility in the area of Ras Munif in Ajloun province has become less than 100 meters, due to the effect of fog and the prevailing weather conditions.
The Meteorological Department warned drivers of low visibility, calling on them to take precaution and be careful while driving in those areas.
Regarding the weather, the Meteorological Department indicated that the weather will be very cold over the high mountain elevations, and cold in other areas, with some clouds appearing at lower altitudes.
On the other hand, forecasts indicated that the weather will remain relatively cold in most areas on Saturday, with a slight rise in temperatures in the Jordan Valley, the Dead Sea, and Aqaba where it will be pleasant. The southeast winds will continue at a moderate speed, with some clouds appearing at lower altitudes.
