For his part, Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko announced in his annual press conference on Thursday that the Russian hypersonic Oreishnik missile, capable of carrying nuclear warheads, has been deployed in Belarus since Wednesday.
Lukashenko said, "Oreishnik has been in Belarus since yesterday," Wednesday.
This announcement came at a time when Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, on Thursday, called on the United States to provide more details about the security guarantees for Ukraine within the framework of talks aimed at ending the war with Russia.
