Khaberni - A year of sadness and the pain of separation experienced by the Arab artistic community due to the death of several stars who enriched the artistic movement with works that immortalized their names, yet they left wounds in the hearts of their fans, especially as some of them passed away in painful incidents and others suddenly without any prior symptoms.
One of the most notable of these stars is the artist Suleiman Eid, who passed away in April last year, when the artistic community woke up to the sudden news of his death, which shocked his friends, especially since he was not suffering from any diseases, and he breathed his last after suffering a heart attack.
Gallbladder explosion and blood poisoning
Similarly, the Tunisian artist Inas Al-Najjar faced a sudden health crisis due to a gallbladder explosion that caused her blood poisoning, leading her into a coma and her eventual death inside the hospital during the last Eid al-Fitr holiday at the age of 42.
As for the actor and director of photography, Taimur Taimur, his death was tragic, as he died by drowning in the North Coast area while spending his summer vacation with his son, where he tried to save him from drowning, only to be engulfed by the waves in August last year.
In a tragic accident in November last year, the popular Egyptian singer Ismail El Lithy died at the age of 37, when his car collided with another in the Minya governorate while he was returning to Cairo from the Asyut governorate after he had performed at a wedding there, and he entered a coma that lasted a full week before he breathed his last inside the hospital.
Ziad Rahbani
The young singer Ahmad Amer, who was in his third decade, also died suddenly due to a heart attack while he was performing at a wedding in Mansoura city, and was preparing to perform at another event, when he suddenly felt severe pain and fatigue, and died suddenly while trying to be rescued.
In July last year, the Lebanese singer Fairuz mourned her son, the composer Ziad Rahbani, who died at the age of 69, due to liver fibrosis which he had suffered from for many years.
Lotfi Labib.. and Sameh Abdel Aziz
At the age of 78, the artist Lotfi Labib passed away in July last year after a long illness, where he suffered a stroke that caused him to withdraw from the artistic community for years, leaving a large artistic legacy in cinema and television drama, and in the same month, the director Sameh Abdel Aziz died at the age of 49 after a severe health episode, preceded by the artist Samiha Ayoub who died in June last year at the age of 93.
Sayed Sadiq.. and Nevin Mandour
The artist Sayed Sadiq died at the age of 80, after suffering from some chronic illnesses in recent years, but in August last year his condition worsened and he was transferred to the hospital where he breathed his last there.
Before the end of 2025, the artist Nevin Mandour died due to a fire that broke out inside her apartment in Alexandria, which caused her to suffocate and she was unable to escape from the apartment, having undergone foot surgery just days before, to breathe her last alone, dying at the age of 53.
