Khaberni - After a period of absence from the art scene, the Turkish star Kivanc Tatlitug, known in the Arab circles as the character "Muhannad" which he portrayed in the series Forbidden Love, has announced good news to his audience, declaring his readiness to return soon to the screens through new drama works.
Tatlitug met with the famous producer Kerem Chatay to discuss his upcoming artistic plans, where he made sure to reassure his fans during his talk with journalists, saying: "We met today with Mr. Kerem after a long period, we are well and in the best condition, this is all I can share at the current time, but we will return soon to the screens with new projects."
Two new series
According to local media sources, the return of Tatlitug is expected to feature his participation in a digital series alongside a traditional drama series, with "Ay Yapım" company undertaking the production of both works, reflecting a bet on his significant public presence.
Despite his enthusiasm to connect with the media, the Turkish star had to end the interview quickly due to the intensity of the flash lights, saying with a smile: "My friends, I cannot continue talking now, the lighting is very strong and I cannot see in front of me, please understand", before he left the place amidst notable media interest.
Series "Outside the Realm of Possibility"
The series of new works expected includes the series "Outside the Realm of Possibility", a major drama work scheduled to be aired on the Disney Plus platform.
"Outside the Realm of Possibility" is adapted from the novel by American author Adam Fawer of the same name, one of the most famous science fiction and thriller novels.
The events of the novel revolve around the character "David Caine," a university professor specializing in the science of probabilities, who suffers from a severe seizure that affects his professional life, leading him to resort to experimental treatment that grants him extraordinary mental abilities allowing him to calculate the probabilities of the future.
Psychological crisis
Kivanc Tatlitug went through a shock and a major psychological crisis during the last weeks, following the drowning death of his close friend, the prominent Turkish businessman "Khaled Youkai".
Tatlitug personally participated in the search and rescue operations for his friend, who remained missing for 30 days before his body was found floating between Mykonos, Greece, and Istanbul, Turkey in September (September) last year.
Video footage showed Kivanc, collapsed on the ground at the moment of the body's funeral procession, where the Turkish artist vowed to take care of the children of his deceased friend, whose disappearance occupied the public opinion.
It should be noted that the series "The Family" which was aired in 2023, is the latest artistic work in which Kivanc Tatlitug participated alongside the star Serenay Sarikaya, but the series did not achieve the expected viewership rates; which led to its conclusion before the expected time.
The work revolves around the story of the young man Aslan, who lives in a major conflict between his work in the mafia, and his mother, "Hulya," a character with a domineering and somber personality who tries to control his life significantly, and the conflict in his life increases after he meets the psychiatrist "Devlin" and falls in love with her.
