Khaberni - Zain Jordan has won the “Women Inclusive Work Environment” award presented by the United Nations Entity for Gender Equality and the Empowerment of Women (UN Women) during the annual end-of-year ceremony held at the Sheraton Hotel in Amman, in recognition of its ongoing commitment to establishing an inclusive work environment that promotes gender equality principles.
This honor is the culmination of Zain Jordan's institutional approach that incorporates fairness, equality of opportunity, and women's empowerment into its corporate culture and daily practices, through providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that ensures active participation of women and highlights their presence and rights in all forums and fields.
The award was received by the Executive Director of Human Resources and Administrative Affairs at Zain Jordan, Manal Al-Asmar, where this recognition embodies Zain Jordan's leadership status as an institutional model that integrates corporate social responsibility into the core of its strategy and translates its commitment to sustainable development goals into tangible policies and practices, particularly in the field of gender equality and women's empowerment and building an inclusive work environment that allows for growth and development opportunities for all its employees, without exception.
