Khaberni - The French star Ousmane Dembélé, winger of Paris Saint-Germain, was crowned with the FIFA Best Player in the World award for the year 2025, during The Best award ceremony held tonight in the Qatari capital, Doha.
This crowning for Dembélé came after a fierce competition for the famous award, as he excelled over his compatriot Kylian Mbappé, player of Real Madrid, and the rising Spanish star Lamine Jamal, winger of Barcelona.
This is the first time Dembélé has received this great honor, adding it to his record filled with individual and team achievements.
The FIFA awards, presented under the name "The Best", included the crowning of the best male and female players and coaches in football.
The other categories announced at this prestigious event included the Best Goalkeeper Award (men and women), in addition to the Fair Play Recognition Award, as well as the Fans’ Award, which honors the football audience and its engagement.
