Khaberni - Deputy Ahmad Humaisat has called on the government to declare Thursday a public holiday, coinciding with the Jordanian national team's match against their Moroccan counterparts in the final of the Arab Cup.
Humaisat confirmed that this achievement is a historic event for Jordanian football, noting that the Arab Cup, held in Qatar, brought together the Arab brothers and formed one of the most important Arab championships.
He added that the national team reaching the final came after honorable and notable performances from the players, reflecting the good management and wise leadership of the Jordan Football Association, and deserves celebration and support from all the nation's people.
