Khaberni - The brother of the artist Sherine Abdel Wahab denied what was rumored over the past hours about his assaulting her inside her house, confirming that such news is baseless, has no connection to the truth, and described what is published in this regard as slander and deliberate distortion.
Mohamed Abdel Wahab expressed his strong dissatisfaction through his account on the social network "Facebook," explaining that what is being stirred up about this incident is nothing but a series of repeated lies, according to his description, and an extension of old disputes that have reached the courts.
He pointed out that the lawsuits filed against him ended with Sherine Abdel Wahab's loss, asserting his complete confidence in the integrity of the judiciary, and emphasizing that the truth will remain standing no matter how many attempts are made to harm and distort it.
In one of his posts, he explained that he was surprised by what was circulated about the issuance of a warrant for his arrest in the incident of assaulting Sherine by beating and damaging the contents of her house and breaking her glass on her, as well as insulting and defaming her, confirming the falseness of these accusations, and vowing that the complaints, the intrusion into the house, and the terrorizing of the family will not pass without consequence, in his words.
In another post, Mohamed Abdel Wahab accused the other party of being accustomed to making accusations and launching slander, considering that such actions came from the motive of losing one of the previously heard cases, and affirming at the same time that the law remains the decider in such disputes.
These statements come in the wake of a widespread controversy on social media, following the spread of news claiming a fight between Sherine Abdel Wahab and her brother inside her house, and the filing of a complaint against him, then the circulation of news about the issuance of an order to arrest and bring him in.
