Khaberni - Media personality Radwa El Sherbiny sparked a wide wave of controversy on social media after posting a mysterious message through her official accounts, considered by many as an indirect response to the statements made by the artist Ahmed El Awadi, and as support for her close friend, the artist Yasmin Abdel Aziz, amid the ongoing tension following their separation.
El Awadi had made statements in which he confirmed that he is the highest-paid and most-watched and sold in Egypt, saying: "I am the highest-paid star in Egypt and the most-watched and sold.. It’s not fair to be the most expensive one in Egypt and not be the most-watched.. it's unjust to me," which sparked widespread engagement among the audience and a division in opinions about the content and timing of his statements.
A few hours after these statements, Radwa El Sherbiny posted a notable message on her account on the X platform where she said: "Those who talk about becoming the highest in name and pay, should also talk about who got them there, and about the favor and kindness of people who made him reach that.. if he is actually the highest.. after all, everyone has their upbringing."
Followers considered these words to carry an indirect criticism and a clear hint of her support for her close friend Yasmin Abdel Aziz against the statements of her ex-husband, who overlooked mentioning the support of his former wife.
