Khaberni - State Minister for Foreign Affairs, Dr. Nancy Nimroqa, inspected on Monday the consular services provided to the Jordanian community in the brotherly Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
During her visit to the Jordanian Embassy in Riyadh, on the sidelines of her participation in the works of the International Forum of the United Nations Alliance of Civilizations held in Riyadh, Nimroqa reviewed the work mechanisms at the embassy following the implementation of the "Electronic Gateway for Consular Services" system at the beginning of last October, as part of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriate Affairs' plan for the automation of consular services at Jordanian diplomatic missions.
Nimroqa said that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Expatriate Affairs pays utmost importance to improving the quality of services provided in Jordanian diplomatic missions, and is keen on developing and enhancing the services provided to Jordanians abroad efficiently and effectively, mobilizing all resources to facilitate and ease their procedures, in line with its commitment to improving the quality of services provided and advancing digital transformation to serve Jordanian citizens abroad with ease and convenience, in accordance with the executive program of economic modernization vision and the government's vision towards digital transformation and providing more electronic services to citizens.
