Khaberni - The Unit for International Student Affairs in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan announced the opening of the Unified Admission Application portal for non-Jordanian international students interested in various subjects, programs, and degree levels starting the second semester of the academic year (2025-2026) at Jordanian universities/colleges.
The ministry wishes to clarify the following points:
1. The application submission and fee payment schedule is as follows:
* Public universities and colleges: The application submission and fee payment process begins on 15-12-2025, and ends at the close of business on Thursday, 12-3-2026, with processing and admission operations through the Ministry of Education or the public universities/colleges ending by the close of business on Tuesday, 17-3-2026.
* Private universities and colleges: The application submission and fee payment process begins on 15-12-2025, and concludes at the close of business on Thursday, 19-3-2026, with processing and admission operations through the Ministry of Education or the private universities/colleges ending by the close of business on Tuesday, 24-3-2026.
* The application submission process may end as soon as all available slots in various programs and specialties are filled.
2. The application procedures are as follows:
• The student will submit an application through the Electronic Unified Admission System for International Students, upload the required documents, and finalize the application.
* The student must pay a non-refundable application fee of (35) Jordanian Dinars, equivalent to (50) US dollars through the e-payment service eFAWATEERcom.
* The Jordanian Ministry of Education will scrutinize the high school documents of the student through the Electronic Unified Admission System, endorse them, or grant the student a temporary equivalency, provided that the student reviews them when arriving in Jordan for certifying the original high school transcript, or obtaining an official equivalency certificate as required.
* Finally, the student will receive a preliminary, conditional, or final admission from the concerned university, based on his choice, or the admission request will be rejected.
* The student can enter up to ten choices in their application to one or several universities.

The Ministry also notes that the admission of international (non-Jordanian) students at Jordanian public universities/colleges will only be processed through this electronic system, while students can use this system or directly contact the concerned private university/college without the need to resort to any intermediary or pay any additional fees to any party.
