Khaberni - The 2025 Arab Cup for soccer is currently held in Qatar, being the richest in terms of monetary prizes in the history of the competition.
This edition witnesses a significant increase in rewards compared to previous versions, as the total sum of the prizes exceeds 36.5 million dollars, according to what was announced by the organizing committee with a notable increase from the 2021 edition.
The organizing committee explained how the rewards are distributed among the participating teams, with each team receiving a sum of 715 thousand dollars just for participating in the championship, ensuring basic financial support for all teams.
The final prizes will be distributed as follows:
Champion: 7,155,000 dollars
Runner-up: 4,293,000 dollars
Third place: 2,862,000 dollars
Fourth place: 2,146,000 dollars
Quarterfinals: 1,073,000 dollars
Participation in the tournament: 715 thousand dollars for each team
These rewards enhance the level of competition in the championship and attract the attention of teams and players, emphasizing the growing role of the Arab Cup in enhancing the value of Arab soccer on the international scene, especially with the participation of strong teams that have professional players in the largest international leagues.
The final match will take place on the ground of "Lusail" Stadium in Lusail city, Qatar, next Thursday 18 December 2025, and will feature the winners of the semifinal round, whose identities will be determined tonight when the Moroccan team faces its Emirati counterpart, while the Saudi team meets its Jordanian rival.
