Mohamed Sobhi Accuses Electronic Brigades of Attacking Him After Major Controversy Regarding an Incident Resembling a Black Disa

Khaberni - Egyptian actor Mohamed Sobhi commented on the controversy surrounding a video clip in which he appeared agitated with his driver during his departure from the Afaaq Festival.

He stated during a phone intervention with the program "Honorable Citizen" presented by media figure Sayed Ali on "Al Hadath Al Youm" channel, Sunday evening, that the attack against him was orchestrated by what he called electronic brigades.

He added that the Opera House had released video clips relating to the incident, explaining that the driver involved in this incident was not his personal driver but his sister's driver.

He clarified that he did not interact with him as a driver, noting that his sister was worried about him because he was prohibited from driving for four months after coming out of intensive care.

He indicated that his sister had asked her driver to take him to the Opera House to attend the festival, confirming that he did not have the driver's number to contact him, and thought that the driver would stay in the car until he exited the opera.

Sobhi noted that he was surprised by dozens of people rushing towards the car door while the driver was sitting in the seat, asserting that these individuals, numbering at least 60, were all filming him without understanding what was happening.

He added that he kept looking for the driver for 18 minutes, stating that some young people who were involved in organizing the festival intervened to call the driver and started looking for him.

He speculated that someone had instructed the driver to deliberately delay so that they would have the opportunity to take photos with him and conduct interviews, describing the reactions to the incident as if it had been portrayed as a black disaster.

He continued: "No one is blamed, not even their boss.. whether they are physically or mentally exhausted.. and I did not utter a single offensive word."
