Father and Son Pledged Allegiance to ISIS Surprising Information About Sydney Attack Perpetrators

Khaberni - Australian authorities disclosed on Monday the identity of the father, the main executor in the Bondi Beach attack, as Sajid Akram (50 years old), a Pakistani native who entered the country on a student visa and was killed during a clash with the police.

The authorities stated that his son, Nazim (24 years old), an Australian-born citizen, is in critical condition after being shot during the encounter with security forces.

At Sajid's home, six licensed rifles were found and seized, and he had obtained a legal firearms license. The police found two ISIS flags in their car, and the internal intelligence agency (ASIO) alluded to a prior investigation involving one of them six years ago due to connections with an ISIS cell in Sydney.

The Joint Counter Terrorism Team (JCTT) confirmed that the perpetrators pledged allegiance to ISIS, classifying the attack as an antisemitic terrorist act targeting celebrants of the Jewish Hanukkah festival.

Prime Minister Anthony Albanese committed to protecting Jews and proposed stricter gun laws, stating: "People can become radicalized, so licenses should not be permanent."

An attack occurred at Bondi Beach in Sydney on Sunday during a Jewish celebration of Hanukkah, resulting in the death of 16 people and injuring about 40 others.

A father and son (50 and 24 years old) launched a firearm attack on a crowd of over a thousand people on the famous beach, where the father was killed on site and the son was injured and is held in critical condition. The police found six legal weapons in possession of the father and a primitive explosive device, and classified the incident as antisemitic terrorism.
