I testify for Allah, I was several nights ago in the Northern Badia Hospital due to an emergency health situation, and at exactly 2 AM, I saw the hospital director Dr. Mu'tasim Al-Attiin walking through the hospital, checking on the conditions of the patients and discussing with the staff on duty.
Truly, this is not something we are accustomed to, and the improvement in the level of services is as clear as daylight at the Northern Badia Hospital since Dr. Mu'tasim Al-Attiin took over the management some time ago. He is open and practical, moving between all the departments and clinics to provide the best service to the citizens.
I was amazed that Dr. Mu'tasim, despite his regular and usual morning shift, made inspection rounds at all times. A round at 2 AM has a great meaning, indicating sincerity, dedication, trustworthiness, and a genuine desire to change, improve, and elevate the level of services provided to the citizens.
I was impressed by Dr. Mu'tasim's approach, as were all the patients and their companions, who felt that this management cares about their lives and the level of service provided to them.
