Khaberni - Al-Qassam Brigades issued a statement on Sunday evening confirming the martyrdom of leader Raed Saad, and stated that he was the head of military manufacturing in the brigades.

Who ascended to the highest as a martyr along with several of his mujahidin brothers, yesterday on Saturday the 22nd of Jumada Al-Akhirah 1447AH corresponding to 13/12/2025 AD, following a cowardly assassination operation carried out by the criminal Zionist enemy, blatantly violating the ceasefire agreement. Our great leader departed to his Lord after a magnificent and long journey of sacrifice and contribution in various fields of jihad and resistance, crowned by his leadership of the Qassam industries system, which formed one of the main pillars in our resistance ingenuity on October 7, then crushing it into the enemy army and repelling its aggression on our people during the battle "Al-Aqsa Flood".
The enemy, by assassinating our leaders and our people, and its daily and ongoing aggression on our folks in various areas of the Gaza Strip, has crossed all red lines, disregarding the "Trump Plan" entirely. Trump and the mediators must bear responsibility for these serious transgressions and rampant arrogance against our people, our resistance, and our leaders. Our right to respond to the occupation's aggression is guaranteed, and our right to defend ourselves by all means.
Today, we announce that the leadership of Al-Qassam has appointed a new commander to carry out the tasks previously held by our martyred Sheikh Abu Muadh, and we affirm that our path of jihad will not stop and that assassinating leaders will not weaken us; instead, it will increase our strength, resilience, and determination to continue the path they paved with their blood, as has always been the custom of our great people, and the mujahid movement Hamas, which today completes 38 years of jihad, contribution and sacrifice for Allah, then for Palestine and Al-Aqsa, and in defense of our people and our just cause, and Allah is with us, and He will not neglect our deeds, "and Allah is predominant over His affair, but most people do not know."
