Khaberni - The dramatic race heats up in the Ramadan season of 2026 with the announcement that a broad array of stars will participate in works of 30 episodes, covering diverse spectrums of drama, horror, and comedy, in a lineup promising an exceptional season.
Here are the highlights of the 30-episode series in the Ramadan 2026 drama season:
1- Yousra returns in "The Ambassador's Wife"
Star Yousra returns to compete in the Ramadan 2026 season with a unique social drama tentatively named "The Ambassador's Wife," relying on flashback narrative techniques that showcase her life before she became the wife of a man holding a sensitive position.
Shooting is scheduled to start next month, beginning inside one of Cairo's major sports clubs, with the selection of the crew still underway.
2- Taim Hassan starts a new experience in "Mawlana"
Shooting of the series "Mawlana" has started in Lebanon, where Taim Hassan reunites with director Samer al-Barqawi in a new project after a series of previous successes that brought them together.
The series features Syrian actress Nour Ali in her first dramatic collaboration with Taim Hassan, and after the withdrawal of writer Lubna Haddad, a team of writers took over to complete the script, which discusses the story of an influential sheikh living an internal conflict between his public image and private life in a story based on moral and social dimensions.
3- Nadine Nassib Njeim and Dhafer L'Abidine in a dramatic partnership for the first time
The series "Mumkin" emerges as one of the most anticipated Lebanese works, marking the first collaboration between Nadine Nassib Njeim and Dhafer L'Abidine. The work features Zeina Makki and Rayan Harake, directed by Amin Dora within the productions of Sabbah Company, and consists of 30 episodes.
4- Mohamed Imam returns with "The King"
Mohamed Imam resumes his Ramadan journey through the series "The King" after an absence for a complete season, and the events revolve around a young man belonging to international mafia gangs facing dangerous challenges, while Mohamed Salah El Azb writes the script and directed by Sherine Adel, featuring Merna Jamil, Amr Abdel Jalil, and Kamal Abu Raya.
5- A comedy brings together Moatasem Al Nahar and Pamela El Kik
Moatasem Al Nahar and Pamela El Kik enter the Ramadan 2026 season through the series "Lobby of Love," which relies on social comedy, featuring Jessy Abdo and written by Mona Fouzi and Jimmy Bou Eid, directed by Joe Bou Eid.
6- Hamada Hilal concludes the legend of "El Madah" in a sixth part
Hamada Hilal presents the sixth and final part of "El Madah" under the title Legend of the End, where Saber El Madah continues his journey facing evil forces.
The work is directed by Ahmed Samir Farag and written by Amin Gamal, featuring amongst others, Fathy Abdel Wahab, Sohair Al Saisy, and Donia Abdel Aziz after the success of the previous five parts.
7- Amir Karara ends his Ramadan hiatus
Amir Karara appears after a complete break from Ramadan 2025, and produced by Synergy, the series features him in the role of an officer, written by Hany Sarhan and directed by Mohamed Bakir, returning forcefully after the success of "Bayt Al Refa'i."
8- Youssef El Sherif breaks a silence lasting 4 years
Youssef El Sherif resumes his Ramadan presence with the series "The Art of War", ending an absence that continued since "Covid 25" in the year 2021.
Shooting sessions started in November, in a work that brings the star back to his audience after a long wait, the series is written by Amr Samir Atef and directed by Mohamed Abdeltawab, featuring Reem Mostafa, Shereen Adel, and Mohamed Gomaa.
9- Cyrine Abdelnour in "Black Lie"
The series "Black Lie" presents a notable return for the artist Cyrine Abdelnour, despite facing a number of challenges including the withdrawal of Syrian star Mohamed Al Ahmad due to time constraints, then the withdrawal of his replacement Muhyar Khdour a few days after joining, followed by legal actions against the production company, as producer Majd Jaajaa affirms that the name of the new leading actor will be announced with the start of shooting.
10- Maged El Masry leads a sole protagonism
Maged El Masry leads a full protagonism in "Awlad El Raei", the first of its kind in his career, written by Raymond Maqqar and directed by Mahmoud Kamel, featuring Khaled El Sawy, Ahmed Eid, and Nermin El Feki.
11- Al Awadi and Dorra in their first artistic meeting
"Ali Clay" brings together Ahmed Al Awadi and Dorra Zrouq for the first time, around a boxer caring for an orphanage and battling psychotic disorder, written by Mahmoud Hamdan and directed by Mohamed Abdel Salam, featuring Yara El Sekry and Mahmoud El Bazawi.
12- Amro Saad continues the popular approach
Amro Saad continues preparing "El Raees", which is directed by Ahmed Khaled Mousa and written by Workshop Pen, belonging to the popular drama genre, featuring Nouran Majed and Alaa Morsi among a cast that is still being completed.
13- Mostafa Shaban narrates engaging stories
Mostafa Shaban relies on social stories from reality in "Dorsh," portraying the role of a national security officer, and the work is produced by Synergy and directed by Ahmed Khaled Amin, featuring Sohair El Saisy, Sherif Mounir, and Jihan Khalil.
14- Nelly Karim starts shooting "As Much As Love"
Nelly Karim has started shooting her series "As Much As Love" with Sherif Salama, the series is written by Mostafa Jamal Hashem, directed by Khaled Said, featuring Safaa El Toukhy and Mahmoud El Leithy, in a social romantic work.
15- Yasmine Abdel Aziz renews successful collaboration
Yasmine Abdel Aziz collaborates again in a joint project with Karim Fahmy, and screenplay by Amr Mahmoud Yassin, for the series "And We Forget What Was", after the success of "And We Love Again Why" and "And Meet Lover", in a prominent social romantic trilogy.
16- Ahmed Ramzy leads youth protagonism in "Pride of Delta"
Content creator Ahmed Ramzy forays into his first full protagonism in the series "Pride of Delta" opposite Hussein Fahmi and Ashraf Abdel Baky.
The number of episodes was increased from 15 to 30, written by Abdel Rahman Shawky and directed by Hady Basiony and supervised by Sandra Nashaat.
