After a 7year absence Abla Kamel breaks her silence and reveals her health developments

Khaberni - In her first statement since about seven years of complete absence from the media scene, the esteemed artist Abla Kamel surprised her audience with a recorded message through which she expressed her gratitude for the decision of the Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi to have her treated at the state's expense, confirming at the same time that her health is stable.

Abla Kamel's message came through an audio recording broadcast on the "The Picture" show hosted by media personality Lamis Elhadidi, where she said: "I extend my sincere thanks to the President of the Republic for his decision to treat artists. I was surprised by this decision, which I consider a refined humanitarian gesture that carries a lot of tenderness and appreciation," considering that the step reflects the state's concern for the art contributors.

The retired artist assured her fans, confirming that she is currently in good health, explaining that she had undergone surgeries at her own expense previously, and added: "I underwent some surgeries previously, all of which were at my own expense, and my condition is now stable."

Abla Kamel confirmed that she does not need any financial support, saying: "Thank god, I do not need any help, and I hope we all enjoy health and well-being without needing anyone," as she also sent a message of thanks to everyone who supported her during the past period.

In response to negative comments from some about the president's decision to treat her, she said: "I would like to slightly rebuke the people who said Abla Kamel does not need money or treatment; there is no need for such remarks.. be kind to hearts.. but overall, we all must forgive each other, and I pray to God that we all be well."

Abla Kamel also emphasized that she does not own any social media accounts, saying: "I do not own any pages on social networks, I did not exist on them in the past, and I will not exist on them even till my death," confirming that any statements attributed to her on these platforms do not represent her or her close ones.
