Regarding the amount of maternity leave compensation received by insured working women in the private sector, the institution explained that maternity leave compensation for the insured is calculated based on her salary subject to social security at the time of childbirth, according to the following formula: (The salary subject at the time of birth is divided by 30, then multiplied by the duration of maternity leave approved according to labor law, which is 70 days).
