Khaberni - The number of payment transactions conducted through the "eFawateercom" system during 11 months of 2025 reached approximately 64.39 million transactions, with a total value reaching 14.39 billion dinars.
According to a report issued by the Jordanian Payment and Clearing Systems Company (JoPACC), which was monitored by "Al-Mamlaka," the number of "eFawateercom" users in November slightly increased by 0.8%, reaching 5 million users, compared to 4.95 million users in October, and 4.9 million users in September.
The report indicated that the total number of users reached 5 million, with the current number of users being about 5 million, accounting for 99.2%, while about 41.5 thousand new users joined, which is 0.8%.
The number of billers via "eFawateercom" reached 676 billers, while the number of available services amounted to 2310 services.
The system recorded 6.52 million transactions in November, a decrease of 2.6% compared to October, which saw 6.69 million transactions, against 6.45 million transactions in September.
According to the report, "Telecommunications" topped the list of transactions with 2.08 million transactions, followed by the "Water and Electricity" category with 1.85 million transactions, then "Government Services" with 1.37 million transactions, followed by categories "Payment Providers and Companies" with 573 thousand transactions, and "Finance and Financial Services" with 321 thousand transactions, then "Education" with 61 thousand transactions, "Transportation and Travel" with 60 thousand transactions, "Trade and Services" with 43 thousand transactions, "Associations and Organizations" with 36 thousand transactions, and finally "Gas and Energy" with 35 thousand transactions.
The report also noted that digital payments accounted for the largest share of the number of transactions in November, amounting to 5.25 million transactions at 80.6%, versus 1.27 million cash transactions at 19.4%.
The total value of transactions through "eFawateercom" in November decreased to 1.41 billion dinars, a slight decrease of 0.7% compared to October, which was 1.42 billion dinars, and 1.4 billion dinars in September.
The report showed that "Government Services" led the payments in terms of value in November, amounting to 836 million dinars, followed by "Payment Providers and Companies" with 341 million dinars, then "Water and Electricity" with 74 million dinars. It was followed by "Finance and Financial Services" with 54 million dinars, then "Telecommunications" with 34 million dinars, then "Banks" with 18 million dinars, then "Gas and Energy" with 15 million dinars, followed by "Trade and Services" with 13 million dinars, and "Education" with 8 million dinars, and finally "Transportation and Travel" with 6 million dinars.
The value of digital payments in November 2025 in terms of payment method accounted for 1.07 billion dinars at 75.9%, versus 338.5 million dinars in cash payments at 24.1%.
The average value of a single transaction via "eFawateercom" in November rose to 216 dinars, compared to 212 dinars in October, and 217 dinars in September 2025.
