Slow-moving low pressure and steady rain
The report explains that this low pressure system "is characterized by its slow movement," which will contribute to "the regularity of rainfall and the expansion of its impact range" over time. It is expected that the weather will be "cold, cloudy, and rainy" in several areas of the kingdom.

Regarding horizontal visibility, the report warns that the rain will be accompanied by "crossing amounts of low clouds touching the ground surface."
This phenomenon will lead to "the formation of dense fog over the high mountainous regions," which requires attention while driving on external and mountainous roads.
