Khaberni - The latest radar images from the meteorological department indicate rainfall ranging from moderate to heavy experienced by several provinces including the capital Amman, Balqa, Madaba, northern Karak, Irbid, Zarqa, Ajloun, and parts of Mafraq province.
The "Meteorological" department warned in a statement, of the risk of flash floods in valleys and low areas including the Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea, noting the continuation of these rains with the influx of rainy clouds coming from Palestine.
The meteorologist at the Meteorological Department, Tariq al-Sharaan, said that the rainfall will be restricted during the coming hours to the central and southern parts of the kingdom.
Al-Sharaan called for caution on the part of drivers, especially on external roads, due to the dense formation of fog.
He mentioned that Sunday will witness stability in the weather across various regions of the kingdom.
