Deputy Abdul Raouf Al-Rabihat, delivered what he described as the shortest speech for a "hungry deputy", which lasted no longer than 5 minutes.
Al-Rabihat addressed the Prime Minister during his speech in the discussion of the general budget today, Thursday,, saying that the Jordanian people are hungry and cannot listen to the speech of the Prime Minister and the deputy.
Al-Rabihat said "Establish prayer, Mr. President and let us create jobs for a legion of unemployed youth so that we don't come to regret this one day".
He continued "Establish prayer, Mr. President and let us offer grants to university students".
