Khaberni - Gold prices in the local market rose on Thursday by 20 piastres per gram for all carats, except for 14 carat which saw an increase of 10 piastres per gram, according to the General Union of Owners of Jewelry Trade and Craftsmanship Shops.
According to the morning pricing, the sale price of a 21-carat gold gram, the most desired by citizens in the local market, on Wednesday, was 85.6 dinars for selling purposes from jewelry shops, and 82.1 dinars for buying purposes.
The price per gram of gold for 24, 18, and 14 carats for selling purposes from jewelry shops was 98, 75.9, and 57.6 dinars respectively.
