Khaberni - On an exceptional night in the Argentine capital Buenos Aires, international star Shakira presented one of the most impactful moments of her artistic tour, after her sons Milan (12 years old) and Sasha (10 years old) climbed the stage to perform the song "Acróstico" live in front of more than 50,000 spectators at the Vélez Sarsfield stadium, for the first time since the song's release.
The song, written by Shakira after her separation from Gerard Piqué and dedicated to her sons, gained double meaning in Buenos Aires, after Milan and Sasha requested to participate in singing it "because they felt and interpreted it in their own way," as explained by the artist through her social media accounts.
During the show, Shakira appeared in a blue dress designed by Gaurav Gupta, while the two children wore matching outfits in the same color, symbolizing the emotional bond that unites them.
Video clips circulating documented the moment the children entered the stage, to the audience's surprise, who had only seen them on giant screens during the tour.
These clips quickly became the talk of the audience on social platforms, with widespread accolades for the talent inherited from their mother, according to follower comments, while others described the scene as "an invaluable gift for the audience of Argentina."
In a touching gesture, Shakira dedicated the performance of the song "Día Especial," which she co-wrote with the late Gustavo Cerati, to the Argentine audience.
On Instagram, Shakira posted a clip of the performance accompanied by a message recalling the support of Cerati, who passed away in Buenos Aires in 2014 after a long struggle following a stroke, and his distinctive feeling towards music, affirming the ongoing impact he has on her artistic journey.
