Middle East hosts the 7th Arabic Language Conference and explores the role of artificial intelligence in Arabic development

Khaberni - The Middle East University hosted the 7th Arabic Language Conference under the title "Digital Transformation and Artificial Intelligence: New Perspectives in Serving the Arabic Language."

The conference was sponsored by the director of the Education Directorate Dr. Aref Al-Jariri, and attended by the university's vice-president Professor Dr. Ahmad Al Lozi, along with several specialists.

In the opening of the conference, organized by the Faculty of Arts and Educational Sciences and managed by Dr. Yaqoot Faisal, Dr. Al-Jariri praised the Middle East University for hosting the conference and supporting the initiatives of the directorate, affirming its role in enhancing scientific and community events.

Dr. Hafeeza Mahmoud, the head of the Arabic Department at the university, affirmed the university's interest in developing linguistic events and deepening academic partnership with the Giza Education Directorate, contributing to the service and development of Arabic language teaching mechanisms.

The conference included a scientific session managed by Dr. Nevin El-Badawi, during which specialists presented research papers that addressed advanced topics including: "Smart Assistant Siraj," "Arabic Literature in the Digital World," "Digital Transformation and Literacy," and "Innovative Practices in Teaching Arabic."

The session also featured an extended discussion on the recommendations and ideas presented, focusing on the need to update tools for handling Arabic to keep pace with rapid developments in the fields of digital transformation and artificial intelligence, and to enhance the ability of educational institutions to adopt innovative technologies to support Arabic language teaching.
 

The conference concluded with honoring participants and awarding plaques to the Middle East University and the Education Directorate, in appreciation of their joint cooperation and the efforts in organizing the conference.
