Khaberni - The Jordanian University Sports Federation held its second meeting at the federation headquarters; to follow the progress of work and discuss developments related to the federation's plan for the current academic semester.
The meeting of the administrative board of the federation was chaired by its president, Professor Dr. Salam Al-Mahadin, with the attendance of the federation's secretary-general Dr. Hazem Al-Nasour, and the members of the administrative board.
The board discussed the most important files on the agenda, foremost among them the preparations for the Aqaba Championship (Commander's Championship), and the finalization of the launch date, alongside discussing the organizational and logistical aspects necessary to ensure its success.
On the occasion of the birthday of His Majesty King Abdullah II ibn Al Hussein, the board decided to hold the Commander's Championship for Jordanian universities in the city of Aqaba during the period from 08/02/2026 to 13/02/2026.
