Khaberni - Jordanians are expecting the Central Bank tomorrow, Thursday, to issue a decision on reducing interest rates on all monetary policy instruments by 25 basis points for the third consecutive time in the year 2025.
This follows the Federal Reserve announcing today, Wednesday, it has cut interest rates in the United States for the second consecutive time by 25 basis points.
The anticipated decision will be issued by the Open Market Operations Committee at the Jordanian Central Bank.
The Federal Reserve (the US Central Bank) lowered the short-term interest rate this evening, Wednesday, for the third time this year, recording the lowest level in nearly 3 years.
The Federal Reserve announced today, Wednesday, a cut in interest rates by 25 basis points (0.25%), to settle in a range between 3.50% and 3.75%.
