Khaberni - The Jordan Cement Factories Company announced today, Wednesday, 10/12/2025, in a disclosure, that a meeting of its board of directors was held on Monday, 8/12/2025, where members were informed about the signing of a share sale agreement dated 29/10/2025 between Lafarge Financier and Manaseer Industrial Complex Co. Ltd.
Under the agreement, the shares owned by Lafarge Financier will be sold to Ondaro Co. Ltd and Xenoria Co. Ltd, in accordance with the pricing controls for execution on the Amman Stock Exchange, in preparation for their acquisition by Manaseer Industrial Company.
The company confirmed that the operation is conducted directly between the investors, without any financial impact on the Jordan Cement Factories, emphasizing its commitment to disclose any subsequent requirements related to the transaction in accordance with the Securities Law and the applicable disclosure instructions.
