Khaberni - Burj Khalifa in Dubai showcased the promotional trailer for the Egyptian actress Mona Zaki's movie “El-Sitt,” as a promotional step before its official release on December 11 (current December), which will last for two hours and a half, amid expectations of widespread turnout from fans of classic Arab art and lovers of movies that document the journey of icons that have shaped the history of Arab art.

Mona Zaki shared with her audience through her official Instagram page an impactful video, capturing the moment she watched the promotional campaign for the movie, and the brilliance of the promo on one of the world's most famous landmarks, the iconic Burj Khalifa in Dubai, in a scene that confirms the magnitude of the work and the great interest in its launch.

The showcase sparked interest from the audience and the media, especially after the significant interaction recorded by the work in the 22nd edition of the Marrakech International Film Festival, where Oscar-winning actress Tilda Swinton expressed her admiration for the experience and the warm reception of the audience, saying: "It's a great honor for me to attend the screening tonight, the reception of the audience was very beautiful, and being with an audience that interacted in this way is very special, and this reflects the strength of cinema."

Widespread Interaction
"El-Sitt" portrays the biography of Umm Kulthum, focusing on her humane and personal aspects before her artistic icon status, highlighting the most notable stages in her personal and artistic life, the relationships that influenced her journey, and her impact on the Arab nation and the world.

The work includes a group of Arab art stars, including Karim Abdel Aziz, Ahmed Helmy, Nelly Karim, Amina Khalil, Asser Yassin, Mohamed Farag, Ahmed Amin, Amr Saad, Sayed Ragab, Taha Desouky, Amir El-Masry, Sadiq Sakhr. Alongside Mona Zaki, the cast includes Ahmed Khaled Saleh, Ahmed Dawood, and Tamer Nabil, in addition to prominent guest stars.

The official promo for the work ignited the audience's enthusiasm, as it brought back memories of the era of massive collective cinematic productions, after years of dominance by solo starring works in the industry.

In the promo, Ahmed Helmy appears impersonating a police officer who loves Umm Kulthum's songs and when he finds her in front of him at the police station, he asks her to attend her upcoming concert as he and his wife will be in the front row, while Karim Abdel Aziz enacts the role of Umm Kulthum's lover, Sherif Sabri Basha, brother of Queen Nazli, and uncle of King Farouk. Meanwhile, Amr Saad embodies leader Gamal Abdel Nasser, while Mohamed Farag portrays the lyric poet Ahmed Rami. During the events, Sayed Ragab portrays the character of Sheikh and mosque muezzin Ibrahim Beltagy, Umm Kulthum’s father, while Tamer Nabil presents the character of the late composer Mohamed El-Qasabji, who had significant musical projects with "El-Sitt".

The movie is written by Ahmed Murad and directed by Marwan Hamed, and it comes as one of the most prominent massive collective productions in Arab cinema, reaffirming the ability of the work to combine historical narration and intense artistic performance.
