Civil Aviation discusses air transport cooperation with Mexico

Khaberni - The President of the Board of Commissioners of the Civil Aviation Regulatory Commission, Captain Daifallah Al-Farajat, discussed with the Mexican Ambassador to Jordan, Jacobo Prado Gonzalez, today, Tuesday, the prospects of cooperation between the two countries in the field of air transport, and ways to develop bilateral relations to serve mutual interests.
Both parties emphasized the importance of completing the necessary procedures by both sides to sign the draft agreement on air services between Jordan and Mexico, to enhance tourism movement and facilitate the operation of direct flights between Amman and Mexico City.
Captain Al-Farajat confirmed during the meeting the Commission's keenness to expand the areas of cooperation with Mexico, especially since the relations that unite the two countries form a solid base for further mutual cooperation in the civil aviation sector, referring to the Commission's support for all initiatives that contribute to enhancing the interests of the two friendly countries.
The ambassador expressed his country's appreciation for the good relations that link Mexico with Jordan, pointing to his country's readiness to work jointly to enhance these relations, and support efforts aimed at developing the air transport sector and opening new prospects for economic and tourism cooperation.
Both parties stressed the importance of continuing joint coordination and overcoming challenges to achieve the desired goals, with an emphasis on looking forward to more cooperation in the aviation sector in the coming stage.
