Khaberni - Abdullah Marqeh
The father of a Jordanian girl demanded the provision of necessary treatment and an urgent surgical operation for his daughter, stating her need for quick medical intervention to prevent her health from deteriorating, at Hamza hospital, which refuses to treat her since her medical file is at Al-Bashir hospital.
The girl’s father told "Khaberni" that the required surgery is costly, making it difficult to secure, and called on the relevant authorities to help provide adequate healthcare for his daughter as soon as possible.
The demands focus on finding a medical solution that ensures continued monitoring and treatment, and securing the necessary surgical intervention to maintain the child's health and prevent future health complications.
The father said he tried to transfer his daughter's file to Hamza hospital, but the hospital refused to accept it on the grounds that the girl’s file belongs to Al-Bashir hospital.
The four-year-old girl suffers from a congenital deformity in the urinary system that involves her being born with three kidneys; one of them is completely damaged, another functions at 36%, and the third at 67%. In addition, she has a condition of urinary reflux on the kidneys, which necessitates a surgical intervention involving the implantation of a ureter, according to medical assessments.
